Processing & Handling Times
We work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. However, during periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Other countries: 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
HappyPlantHome is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred after shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Approved returns will be refunded for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
